It's actually a pretty neat system they have set up. They give you a
pseudo-E-mail-address ("[EMAIL PROTECTED]") that can't accept mail -- but,
you can set up throwaway E-mail addresses ("[EMAIL PROTECTED]")
that you can give away, and they will only be allowed to receive up to a
certain number of E-mails. I haven't seen something this automated before.

The problem is that if they are already receiving a lot of spam, they will
continue to using the spamgourmet system. To be effective, they would need
to start using a new E-mail address (that doesn't receive spam), and then
sign up at spamgourmet and give out those addresses instead of the new one.
