Something I just noticed is that in IMail 6.04, when you use the IMail client to transfer email from a user's non-main mailbox (i.e. mailbox called virus, where suspected virus bearing emails go) to that same user's main mailbox it causes Outlook 2000 to do the Duplicate Email thing and download all the mail that is on the server. All the accounts are POP3.

Any known fixes? Yes, I've seen Outlook do that before on a number of occasions. I've never seen Outlook report the cause, but it appears to be that it "forgets" which E-mails it has downloaded -- something gets out of sync, and so it asks to get all the mail again. The only known fix is to use a different E-mail client, or have it not save the E-mail on the server. -Scott --- Declude: Anti-virus, Anti-spam and Anti-hijacking solutions for IMail. http://www.declude.com --- [This E-mail was scanned for viruses by Declude Virus (http://www.declude.com)] Please visit http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html to be removed from this list.
