[IMail Forum] Mac users can't use Outlook Express?

I am having a problem where some mac users cannot use any local email client at all. I can access their emailbox through the web. but for some reason just can't get their client working. Are there any mac guru's out there that can tell me if there's some silly setting i'm Missing?  or if there's some other dumb thing i have to change. hehe.
