Fact is,  I really know Jack about Mac's. he's got mac os 5.0, i'm finding
out about the errors now. They're dial up customers. and we don't assign the
IP's the NAS does, but they're able to send mail fine, so i know it's
connecting to the server..

Can you access their web account from their mac?  Are you sure their IP
settings are set in the control panel?  If they have an address can you ping
their computer?

are you getting any errors back?
