Well definitely IMAIL. And the message is in the message.ini file.
The error is pretty clear. Either the body of the message is missing -
that is no content - or the message file cannot be read.
I don't know but it looks to have something to do with lists.
Maybe someone else more familiar with list processing can help.

I have 3 problems with imail.
1- 1- I change password but it doesn't accept it.
2- 2- When I switch to `no mail relay` it does not accept
smtp authentication. It accepts taking mails from pop3; but when
you want to send e-mail does not approve the password. Probably
these 2 problems occurs from the same reason.
3- 3- When I send to a message to the list it returns to
me with "Article rejected null body or file error"
