Hello Everyone....
We have IMail 7.04 with Killer Web Mail. I am trying to come into
the system from the internet outside of the faciltiy. We have the
KWM Images on an internal web server (a small P300 running IIS5.0
with Win2K Professional) using the .cgi file as outlined in the
KWM read.me files.
Not all the images load, but I can get to the mail server. But,
again, not all the images load. There seems to be an issue from
my path to the web server through my work's ISP. I can trace
route to a certain point, but then when it goes to the AT&T branch
of the web, the routers seem to get lost. It taks over 5 minutes
for some of the images to load.
Internally, the system works at a good speed as we have a lot of
people on web mail.
Can anyone give me an idea as to where to start? I think that
there might be something wrong with the AT&T routers, but working
with those people is difficult.
