Hi Chandni, we have a similar problem with IMAIL 6.06. We also have a moderated list. Sometimes when we send a mailing to this list, it happens that all list members receive this message multiple times. We figured out what the problem causes.
One message ist bounced and the other mail server returns the bounce message to the list, not the list owner. When this happens, the list server immediatley starts to send out the message to the list again. Some times later bounce message again and the cycle starts again. We have set up the list as moderated list and only the moderator can post to the list, but the list server ignores this. The only workaround we found, is to rename the users.lst file some time after sending the mail to the list.
