Dear All, We are experiencing severe SMTP timeouts as well as IMAP on occasions. Seems to occur not long after services have started. Performance monitoring has not highlighted any issues. We are running 7.04 with hotfix2 on a 2000 cluster. We have tried running all services outside the cluster realm to no avail. Has been running in current environment for 2 months with no probs. Telneting into port 25 (when prob occurs) take an eternity and occasionally fails. There only appears to be a couple of smtp32 processes running when timeouts occur. We have reinstalled Imail, cleared out the spool directory, run out of ideas.
