It sounds like you are trying to integrate this Emerald program with
IMail. This seems like it is completely an Emerald issue.
IMail will return "invalid user" if the user does not exist. IMail doesn't
recognize that there is such a user, the user needs to be added to IMail.
If you're trying to add the user through Emerald, you'll either need to
deal with Emerald, or tell us *how* you are trying to add the user. IE
"I'm running adduser.exe with the following parameters...".
