That's because you've told IMail to refuse any connections from mail
clients, such as Outlook, and to only accept SMTP connections from one
specific IP (the IMGate server).
Instead, you can disable the Control Access settings (so any computer can
connect), but change the SMTP Security settings to "No mail relay" or
"Relay for Addresses". Then, your Outlook users will either need to use
SMTP AUTH, or come from a "safe" IP address.
