Yes,  but  this  isn't  what  you  want. Store-and-forward is used for
backup.  If  your  Exchange  server  is up, then the Imail server will
always  relay  mail  right  in.  Even if Exchange is down, the mail is
queued  up  for  ETRN  or  retry,  not available in user mailboxes via
Imail's webmail.

You  would  be better off finding a webmail-only product that can sync
with your Exchange box over POP3 and IMAP. Deerfield makes a good one,
WorldClient,  but  now  they  only  bundle  it with their MDaemon mail
server. Maybe it's worth the investment in a low-user-count license of
MDaemon  if  you  only  have a set number of affected users. There are
also  many  free  *nix  ones  that I've never been impressed with (the
HORDE  is  one  that  some ISPs use, yet are seemingly unaware that it
throws errors all the time).
