>Is it possible to setup the IMail server as a "store and forward" >mail server to the Exchange server?
Yes, but this isn't what you want. Store-and-forward is used for backup. If your Exchange server is up, then the Imail server will always relay mail right in. Even if Exchange is down, the mail is queued up for ETRN or retry, not available in user mailboxes via Imail's webmail. You would be better off finding a webmail-only product that can sync with your Exchange box over POP3 and IMAP. Deerfield makes a good one, WorldClient, but now they only bundle it with their MDaemon mail server. Maybe it's worth the investment in a low-user-count license of MDaemon if you only have a set number of affected users. There are also many free *nix ones that I've never been impressed with (the HORDE is one that some ISPs use, yet are seemingly unaware that it throws errors all the time).
