We are an ISP having a problem with web messaging crashing, stopping,
whatever you want to call it.  It appears to be running when you look at
services, but we have to stop and restart it to make it function.

Following suggestions on this list we have implemented IPCheck and have it
execute a batch file to stop and start the iwebmsg service.  Our problem is
that even after upgrading to 7.05, periodically the service still freezes
and we have to manually stop and start it again (like every 3 to 6 hours).
When we review the IPCheck logs we see that it noticed the service down and
theoretically ran the batch file, but the service is still hung.

Looking for any ideas as have contacted Ipswitch tech support and have gone
through the "check page file size and memory" discussion.  The first and
second line personnel said they did not know of a problem with web messaging
stopping arbitrarily, even when I referred them to discussions on this
forum.  Oh well.
