That's a feature in IMail. Those aren't considered additional E-mail
addresses, they are subfolders.
You can't just turn it off, but if you search the Knowledge Base, it tells
you somewhere in there how you can change the separator character ("-") to
something else. If your users figure out what it is, you can just switch
it again...
