Check out IMS (Infusion Mail Server) from http://www.coolfusion.com It's a 100% Cold Fusion based mail server making it EXTREMELY configurable. It has a nice size dev community and we use it to handle just over 8000 accounts with NO problems. Support is EXCELLENT. just my free plug for Howie!
