Hello Jim, I had that problem when installing the 1st 7.05 patch but when the 2nd patch was announced I downloaded and installed it with no problems at all.
The other solution I've seen in the list has been to contact IPSWITCH for a full release and install that. I haven't seen any reports where that has failed.
