Some upgrades to IMail v7x result in lost registry settings used by web
messaging to recognize attachment-capable browsers. One symptom of this is
that you won't see the attachment form on the message composition screen.
Another is that Sending a message results in the error you describe. We've
created a little registry fix file that should help you, no matter what
templates you're running:
