whoa, sorry.  I will disagree and say it depends:

I upgraded to 7.05 and then found out that ldap does not work the same as it had in 
6.06 for directory access.  We are a school district and our 1100 employees are due 
back next week and when they search for someone by name they may find no entries 
because there's a bug in 7.05.

Also the ldaper.exe program is broke in 7.05 not allowing updates to ldap info.

These are the items we've been bitten by, not sure of what others know but there are 
things that are unexpected in 7.05....
