Someone could just be sending an E-mail to themselves.

That means that you can't send your mail to this porno site. Your mail
server can't reach theirs. It sounds like their mail server is down.

That's normal. That just means that their WebShield SMTP mail server
doesn't understand enhanced SMTP commands. That won't cause any major
problems, and is an issue on their end, not yours.
