Since Imail only allow you to copy everything or nothing I would try to setup another mail server just for your employee mail. Disallow them from using your default mail server, then use the alternate server to copy their mail. Remember the mail in a mail box is just a simple text file. There are many programs that can search through a text file and search for a particular word. Another alternative is to use a program that replaces SMTP32 or POP3 and allows you to copy e-mail based on a subject or any other part of a message. I'm not sure, but Declude Pro might have some options you may want to play with. You will have to ask them if this is possible with their app. Good Luck.
