Zounds! You'd better get another MX record out there for the new peer, then, 'cuz if the CPU is going that high, you'll never get peering underway starting from one box. How big IS your userbase, anyway? Do you have any sort of asymettric and/or slow Internet connection? And are you doing pretty much all web messaging?
