false. it can send outbound mail on any port.  it doesn't have to listen 
for incoming mail because it receives its incoming mail via the API, not 
via SMTP on tcp port 25.

Have an email client (ie, SMTP client ) in the server-side web app send 
mail to Imail on port 25.  don't you don't need MS SMTP SVC.
