Odd. I just tried sending to a non-existent account at charter.net, and it
was accepted by them for delivery (which sometimes happens, if they accept
all mail for the domain, or if the "front end" mail server doesn't know
what accounts are valid), but IMail didn't generate a bounce.
Are you sure the bounce is coming from IMail, and not charter.net?
