The "mail.hostname" vanity issue is something I've been trying to remove from our servers -- this gives a good foundation to contiue my battle. Thanks again. As long as you're going to do this part, you'll never pass the test, anyway. Imail can only answer as one hostname (the primary hostname) per IP. If you're setting up address records for lots of hosts that resolve to the same IP, only one of them will pass the test. In sum, there's really nothing you can do to be completely compliant, though I tend to think that the everyone-gets-their-own-branded-MX thing is just a vanity measure and you could eliminate that part to save you the management burden.
