"Relay for local users only" is insecure and leaves you open to spammers.
Always use either "Do not relay" (which means everyone needs to use SMTP AUTH) or "Relay for addresses" (which lets you add a list of always-allowed IPS, say for web server components, and everyone else uses SMTP AUTH).
