"Relay for Local Users" is an option that allows spammers to send unlimited
mail.
Switch it to IMail's "Relay for addresses" (in which case you would enter a
list of "safe" IP addresses that your users may come from; anyone not
coming from those safe IPs would need to use SMTP AUTH), or "No mail relay"
(which really means that everyone must use SMTP AUTH).
Then, you'll not only be able to send mail from the web server, you'll also
prevent spammers from using your mail server, and get out of spam databases.
