All, Am really hoping that someone can help me with this one. I am having a big problem with receiving mail from Earthlink that does not seem to happen with any other ISP. One of my hosting customers is complaining that nobody at Earthlink can get an e-mail through to him from there. Here is a snippet from my logfiles of an average connection between my mail server and Earthlink.

FYI, the official Hostname of my mail server is mail.thedigest.org. My client's domain at mail.prodial.com is on its own IP address. I send a copy of all e-mail flowing through Imail to a mailbox named [EMAIL PROTECTED], another domain that I host on the Imail box. System is a very stable AMD 950MHz with 700MB RAM, 18 GB of free disk space, running latest version of Imail with all patches on NT Server 4.0 SP6 with latest OS patches. Am not running MS SMTP server or IIS on the same box. This seems to be connected to a "timeout" error, or a closed/reset connection on my end. Any ideas?!!? THANKS!!!
