I tried that but I wasn't able to retrieve the messages that I had already retrieved with that account, which I guess makes sense because you wouldn't want to retrieve all of your old email every time you logged on. I was just trying to come up with a solution that people could use when they weren't at their desk (offsite)without having to forward mail to themselves. I don't want to store everybody's email on the server but was hoping to come up with something that the user could switch on and off if they needed it.
