You can use either the DOS or Windows version.
Both work the same with Declude, but the advantages to the Windows version
are that [1] It includes an automatic updater for the virus definitions
(although it requires someone to be logged into the server), and [2] It can
be used as a standard virus scanner on other servers. Note that there is a
batch file that can be used to automatically update the virus definitions
for the DOS version, if you are comfortable using batch files and using the
AT scheduler.
