Create a text file, vacation.ima, with the body of the message that you want sent.
Then set up a scheduled task to copy this file into imail\users\username\vacation.ima
when you are ready. Set up another task to delete it when you return. Set up the
second task to also remove the text file in the same directory, vacation.snt. This
file contains the addresses of those who sent you mail while you were away.

The presence of the vacation.ima file triggers the automatic reply. Also, if you do
not remove the vacation.snt file, folks who send you mail one week will not get that
auto response the next week.
