Paul, You should be at v1.61 on the IMail 6-compatible version of our ClassicWebMail templates. Download the latest at http://hksi.net/downloads/. I'm not sure if they'll solve your problem, since there are SO many variables involved in MIME-formatted mail, and some variables cause the iwebmsg service (which we cannot control) to have trouble parsing them. Best way to diagnose the problem: put stock Ipswitch templates back temporarily, and try to reproduce the problem on the same message. If they work where ours didn't, we'll fix the problem immediately if you send us a copy of the problem message (off-list to [EMAIL PROTECTED]). If theirs don't work either, we won't be able to fix it, and you should us http://askatech.ipswitch.com/ to report the problem.
