He came in here with an Imal msg rejected by a sendmail server in .ch.

After a lot of "dig" ing, I found that his/your @senderdomain was not in 
yoyo.net DNS, causing .ch server's DNS validation of @senderdomain to 
reject your mail.

Plus uu.net was running an anciently vulnerable version of BIND.  it looks 
like they've fixed that:

# dig @ns1-s.dns.pipex.net txt chaos version.bind.
