Hi,

I am having a problem with the setup of IMail.

I have done the complete setup, and if I send mail to one of the accounts I
set up, it gets delivered just fine.

This seemed all well and good, but then I set up an email list. For this
list I allowed anyone to post a message. I subscribed a user that was part
of my domain, and this email address. The address inside of the domain had
received the email, but the one outside of the domain did not.

I then set up outlook express to try to send mail and I received an error.

The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by
the server. The rejected e-mail address was '[EMAIL PROTECTED]'.
Subject 'test', Account: 'myaccount', Server: 'mydomain.com', Protocol:
SMTP, Server Response: '550 not local host hotmail.com, not a gateway',
Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC79

(I changed my domain name. A valid domain was put in there instead of
mydomain.com)

Has anyone else encountered this error?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Keith
