Ouch again. 0xc000012d appears to be "pagefile quota exceeded", which
sounds like a virtual-memory-running-low issue.

This is a standard crash, but given the other errors, it's likely related
to the virtual memory issue.
I'd recommend checking your swap file size to make sure that it is large
enough (I believe 2-3x the physical memory is usually recommended). Also,
make sure you aren't running any memory intensive programs (if you've got a
SQL server on there, find another home for it).

Yes, it uses the standard SMTP log file, so you can search through that to
see what went out.
