I'm really sorry to hear that you had to go to such lengths and still get nothing tangible in return. I just wanted to say thanks for keeping us posted on the results. I for one am experiencing the same problem and am anxiously awaiting the resolution as well.

We will lose visitors either way we choose now. The server even crashed on the stock templates. So after a weekened of alienating my customers, here is ipswitch's response. > >Let me first say thank you for switching the templates for our test. I do want to let you know that there is a bug in web messaging that causes it to use extensive resources. This is supposed to be addressed in our next build coming out very soon. You are more than welcome to switch back to the HKSI templates now as it did not prove any different with the stock ones. I apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your extended patience in this matter, unfortunately, I am unable to give a better answer right now. > > >Please visit http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html >to be removed from this list. > >An Archive of this list is available at: >http://www.mail-archive.com/imail_forum%40list.ipswitch.com/ > Please visit http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html to be removed from this list.
