I switched from the killweb templates to the ipswitch stock templates, creating an ugly battle of templates in our support forum. We will lose visitors either way we choose now. The server even crashed on the stock templates. So after a weekened of alienating my customers, here is ipswitch's response.
Let me first say thank you for switching the templates for our test. I do want to let you know that there is a bug in web messaging that causes it to use extensive resources. This is supposed to be addressed in our next build coming out very soon. You are more than welcome to switch back to the HKSI templates now as it did not prove any different with the stock ones. I apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your extended patience in this matter, unfortunately, I am unable to give a better answer right now.
