>I've blocked the spammer
Did you just block the one that sent out the "Did you pray for this?" spam
on February 5th, or did you also block the "WHAT ARE THEY REALLY DOING
ONLINE...." spammer from February 17th?
I know I wouldn't want to send money to a company that gives out free
services to spammers. :)
It would be best not to allow ANY spammer to use your mail server. To not
be an open relay, you can either use IMail's "Relay for addresses" (in
which case you would enter a list of "safe" IP addresses that your users
may come from; anyone not coming from those safe IPs would need to use SMTP
AUTH), or "No mail relay" (which really means that everyone must use SMTP
AUTH). Note that relay setting apply only to outgoing E-mail, so no matter
what your settings are, your users will still be able to get mail.

Clearing out E-mails from the spool is a dangerous thing; it could end up
deleting legitimate E-mail if you are not careful. But, assuming that you
are being careful, you can simply remove the "D" and "Q" files (there is
one for each E-mail; the file names are the same except that one begins
with "D" and the other begins with "Q") from the spool directory (either
move them somewhere else, or delete them).
