Domains don't send out spam. Lots of spammers use @yahoo.com or
@hotmail.com accounts.
The problem is that if you have your mailserver set up in a way that it is
sending out spam, the *only* way to detect that it is your mailserver is to
check the IP address.
The real answer is that one of the domains on your mailserver shouldn't be
sending out spam.

That's why you shouldn't outsource your E-mail to an ISP that runs an open
relay, or has other mail problems. For example, if your ISP forgets to add
a reverse DNS entry for their mailserver, you probably won't be able to
send out mail to AOL -- whether or not their are any other domains on the
mail server.
So it's really an issue of how the mail server is administrated, not which
domains are on it.
