[IMail Forum] Wait/Stop!

Hi,   I'm running Imail 7.05 on Win2k server, some of my users complain that when they use outlook express to download their mails, it receive some msgs, and suddenly a window appear that the mail server not respond so wait for another 60 secs or stop. Do you know what may cause this problem?!   Best Regards, Waleed
