No, it isn't that easy. In order to use SPAMHAUS and the other blacklists (see http://www.declude.com/junkmail/support/ip4r.htm for a list of all known DNS-based spam databases), you need to have software that will query their DNS database (such as our Declude JunkMail or IMGate).
