Hello, I have one user who is using web messaging and is unable to delete any messages. When he deletes a message, it goes to the trash can but also continues to stay in his inbox. If I stop/start web messaging, it seems to function properly for awhile and then the problem returns. Any ideas on this? It seems to only affect one particular user. His personal settings are to Move to "Deleted" folder.
