Brad, the JunkMail product works really well - but it takes a lot of brain work to set up. For us, we are constantly tuning and adjusting, based on our user's feedback. Be prepared for a lot of customers who think something at your ISP is broken because their friend that uses some lame ISP's broken mail server can't send them mail - and it almost always is the ORBZOUT test. I'm not sure how the per-domain and per-user setup works, but we'll probably be upgrading to that for clients who insist they absolutely cannot have mail blocked.
