Yes we are running 7.06 HF1. It has definitely helped stabilize web messaging for us. It used to crash about 2-3 times per hour and now we can let i t run for about 12 hours with one crash. Our web messaging was pretty stable all weekend and  we are trying some more things. So for all of you out there who are still having problems with it, please be patient and I'm sure your problems will be fixed.
