Hi:
Our web messaging used to crash a lot - at least once a day.  Finally what we figured out was simply download a simple shareware program and schedule an auto reboot daily at 3:00 a.m.

Now we have not had any problems for over a month.  Simply a daily reboot appears to take care of the problem for us.

Regards,
Kami

Yes we are running 7.06 HF1. It has definitely helped stabilize web messaging for us. It used to crash about 2-3 times per hour and now we can let i t run for about 12 hours with one crash. This is much better for us, but we have yet have it go for a full day without a crash.

Just wondering, Adam, did you upgrade/install 7.06 hf1 and do you feel that has stablized web messaging?

We have recently been working with ipswitch to improve and stabilize the web messaging component of Imail
and it looks like there have been great improvements. Our web messaging was pretty stable all weekend and
we are trying some more things. So for all of you out there who are still having problems with it, please be patient and
I'm sure your problems will be fixed.
