What version on Imail are you using? Version 7.03 and eariler v7 versions had IMAP problems that were fixed in 7.04.
I also had an IMAP problem with 7.04 HF1 the other day where the message got sent, but had problems going from the Outbox to the sent folder as defined in the account IMAP properties on the workstation. The problem did not exist on another workstation.
