Hi All! We have some clients complaining that Hotmail isn't sending messages through to their mailboxes hosted with us. On the other hand, we know that many messages are getting through from Hotmail. The question is why some messages are failing. One client sent us the following error message that she received from Hotmail, which I am quoting below.
The only clue I have so far is that our second DNS server, which is operating by an independent ISP, has suddenly started reporting as *not* authoritative for our domains. I'm not qutie sure what that really means, but I know it wasn't that way a couple of weeks ago, and I can imagine Hotmail having soratic problems reaching us if that DNS server is not working right.
