Thank you for the reply Scott.
Here's the SMTP Security Settings:

Mail Relay Options:

Relay mail for 192.168.0.0/24

Checkbox fields:
[x] Allow remote mail to local groups
[x] Allow remote view of local groups
[x] Refuse Null <> Senders
[x] Check valid sender
[x] Auto-deny possible hack attempts
[x] Disable SMTP "VRFY" command
[ ] Disable SMTP "AUTH" reporting

And a quick check of the log files seems to be showing me an IP address
from the front-side that's being handed out by the IMail server for a
domain with a completely different IP address. I can't replicate this
from any DNS server I've tried, so I'm going to be buddies with RFC
2821, a port scanner, and DNS to see why this is happening.
