Cons:  You don't get bounce messages, so you'll never know if mail can't be 
delivered.  You don't get Delivery Status Notifications ("Return 
Receipts").  You violate the RFCs and get listed at 
http://www.rfc-ignorant.org , making it harder for people to get mail sent 
from your mailserver.  The reason for the being listed is that if someone 
on your server sends an E-mail that bounces, you don't get the bounce 
message, and someone else has to deal with the bounce.

Pro: It may reduce the amount of spam you receive by about 0.5% (catching 
about 1 out of 200 spams).
