>What are the pros and cons to checking or not checking the "Refuse Null <>
>Senders" box?
Cons: You don't get bounce messages, so you'll never know if mail can't be
delivered. You don't get Delivery Status Notifications ("Return
Receipts"). You violate the RFCs and get listed at
http://www.rfc-ignorant.org , making it harder for people to get mail sent
from your mailserver. The reason for the being listed is that if someone
on your server sends an E-mail that bounces, you don't get the bounce
message, and someone else has to deal with the bounce.
Pro: It may reduce the amount of spam you receive by about 0.5% (catching
about 1 out of 200 spams).
