Sandy, Unless explicitly stated, you shouldn't assume something. Sure, I'm posting to a listserv, but that doesn't mean I want people to think for me.
As for whatever problems I'm having, chances are the last update QWEST did to their equipment is probably to blame, so if anyone here is colocated at QWEST and having issues you may want to start asking your customers to do some traceroutes and send them to you. Since it's been over a year ago (since they did this) I'd forgotten what a mess QWEST can cause with a round of firmware upgrades.
