[IMail Forum] WEbmail service dont responding

Hi there:   Well, in a lot of times, my server (Imail 7.06 HF2), kindda blocks folders, and people get a server time out in their outloook express.   I say it blocks folders cause when you go via webmail to the account, you see all messagges but your unable to delete 'em.    I try to restart all Imail services and it always sort of hangs up when trying to stop webmail service.
