You should be aware that this may block this E-mail.
My last E-mail, where I quoted the above text, caused a bounce message to
be sent back to me from a mailserver claiming that "A message was received
from you that contained a possible virus/worm. To avoid a possible
infection and minimize spread, this message has been segregated.".
That's one of the problems with filtering; unless carefully constructed,
there are often false positives.
